An employee in the Provincial Government EST in regards to M.Phil holder. Or M.S is eligible to have an additional Allowance of 5000 PKR; however, an employee in the Federal Government SST is only eligible to acquire a 2500 PKR allowance only in case the employee is an M.Phil holder.
