(AIOU) Allama Iqbal Open University has started examination of different programmes of their first phase of autumn semester 2020. Matriculation, FA, and ATTC exams have started from yesterday Monday (September 28/09/2020).

The university management started posting Roll Number slips 2 weeks ago to all enrolled students at their postal address. Those who want to download the date-sheet were placed on the University official website www.aiou.edu.pk.

The Vice Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr. Zia ul Qayyum especially instructed to setup examination centres at the nearest places for the ease of students. Examination Controller, Dr. Malik Tauqeer Ahmed Khan said following the directives of Voice Chancellor (VC) of AIOU, wearing of mask is obligatory for staff and students. The University setups the centres at union council level across the country.

To monitor social distancing, one chair would be left vacant between every two students. Strict attention would be experiential in examination centres to ensure lucidity that’s why special teams have been constituted.

The examination Controller also said that the downloaded roll number slips from other website would also be acceptable at all examination centres across the country.
